Most manufactured homes have particle board sub floors. Particle board is very susceptible to water damage from leaking sinks, toilets, etc. and even wears out eventually from heavy foot traffic.


We use ply wood fastened with screws to code for all sub floor repairs and the same crew is proficient at installing vinyl or laminate flooring afterwards.
